“Rich countries are simply those which are lucky enough, for historical reasons, to have a great deal of this clustered [industrial] activity.” Hard to believe anybody could write the sentence above and be serious. How is it that whites , wherever they end up on earth are “lucky” whereas Blacks always end up ” unlucky”? Hell of a coincidence Wouldn’t you say?
